The chain, clasp, and wire used on all bracelets is sterling silver. Cord is made for us of an abrasion resistant fiber that will withstand having the weight of your sacrifices pulled across it. To prolong the life of your bracelet, I recommend removal prior to wet activities. Additional medals, such as a crucifix, may be added to any bracelet. See individual bracelet page to order with this option. All bracelets are fully adjustable to fit the wrist of a young child (6" length) to a large adult (8" length). For a child, the chain can be removed completely or left in place to grow with them. We stand behind our work 100%.

A Few Possible Uses
Pull a bead when you reflect love- despite how you feel. Focus only on the present moment and trust everything else to God. Pull a bead when you take a breath and use kind words. Wait for hunger and only eat enough to satisfy (not fill) yourself.

The Good Deed Beads prayer bracelet is used to count the times each day that a temptation is rejected, or a positive step taken toward becoming the person you were created to be.
A significant part of the theology of Saint Therese of Lisieux, personal sacrifice on behalf of others strengthens your own understanding of who you were created to be. Instead of only praying with words, you pray with your actions, turning every moment of your day into an offering of love. Is there some consistent difficulty in your life? Impatience, anxiety, overeating, or anger? Break apart these struggles and tackle them one action at a time.
