The Story Behind the Pewter and Crystal Bracelet...
I really feel that these beads were hand selected by St. Therese because of the way I
found them. I had located what I thought would be a perfect bead for the bracelets,
but when they arrived I was quite disappointed in the quality of the construction.
However, accidentally mixed into the package was one of these “little flower” beads.
I thought it was rather curious, since I certainly would have selected this little jewel
over the ones I had ordered, had I seen them before. After looking through the
website and catalog of this supplier, I finally e-mailed them a picture trying to locate
more information about it. They sent back a note that they were selling the last of
their stock, but intended to discontinue this item since it had not sold for the last
several years. After some checking they verified that the manufacturer still had the
ability to make the bead and ordered some in for me. When I completed the first
bracelet I knew it was certainly St. Therese that picked these beads. The
manufacturer is now in the process of banking up their supply so I can gain quicker
access to these beads, as demand requires.
Since these beads are rather expensive, I do not inventory a large amount of them.
Furthermore, the lead time on these beads can be several weeks because of the
manufacturer (each crystal is hand-set), so it might take up to three weeks for this
bracelet style to ship. If you have a specific deadline to receive your bracelet, please
send an inquiry through the "contact us" page and I can let you know its availability.
